Operations Admin Controller


  • Coordination of projects and working schedules
  • Submission of report on a daily basis
  • Liaise with various internal department, customers and contractor on follow up enquiries and operations coordination
  • Coordinate and schedule of jobs
  • Any other adhoc general administrative duties as assigned
  • Liaison with mandarin speaking customers
  • Assist to verify and check billing & invoices
  • Data entry of receipts and invoices
  • Communicate with customers / suppliers via phone, email, mail or personally
  • Assist with month-end closing
  • Collect data and prepare monthly metrics
  • Liaise with suppliers



  • Minimum Higher Nitec in Business Studies
  • Knowledge of general accounting procedures
  • Basic foundation in Microsoft office applications (Eg, PowerPoint, Words, Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good Interpersonal skills and pleasant personality, proactive, meticulous, organized and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with tight deadlines, problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Experienced in working at speedy work pace
  • Mandarin speaking as it is required to liaise with mandarin speaking customers



  • 5.5 days’ work week
  • Immediate or short notice preferred
  • Training will be provided
