Design, propose, Integrate/deploy and test platform system integration for clients
Work& understand needs with OEM partners and other IT personnel for problem resolution
To draft implementation documents and training manuals for proposed system/solution
Provide holistic customer services and support on system (software and hardware) to clients and end users
Maintenance review include review routine maintenance task, schedule, performance measure and analysis, inventory & asset tracking. Involve in system retirement, if any.
System engineering support include fault investigation/analysis, work coordination, exercise and system support
Installation works on main or remote sites or other activities that require to be stationed on site on a temporary basis like deployment, testing and administration.
Expected to liaise, manage and supervise vendors or contractors performing the implementation or set-up to ensure that they conform to the standard.
Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science
At least 2 years of system management experience
Strong working knowledge of:
System infrastructures including servers, networking, operating systems, management software, IT security and middleware
Installation and configuration of Windows Server OS and Linux OS, Virtualization infrastructure (Vmware, Vsphere with ESXi or KVM)
Network trouble shooting (connection, authentication and security)
MS Exchange, SQL server, RDBMS, VMware, Websphere MQ, MQTT and NFV infrastructure
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen interest to expand their Network, IT and ICT knowledge. (Windows clustering and Storage solutions understanding and implementation will also be a plus.
Required to be on 24×7 standby as part of operations
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
